Meet Sandra Blake MCIPD

With over 20 years of HR specialist experience in both the corporate and SME world, I have been involved in many HR projects. For example; employee wellbeing, implementation of new systems, employee surveys and engagement, recruitment, employment tribunals, to name a few. Some have been more complex than others, but all have been highly confidential.

For this reason, it is paramount in all these types of people-sensitive projects, that I build trust with my clients. So, from the first consultation, I ensure I explain things plainly.
